Features

HOSTED SYSTEMS

We will deploy the system remotely within a secure data centre. BlackBerry handset software is pushed from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) and will control the device on all incoming and outgoing calls. The BES call log and the recording time tags can be consolidated on request.

Administrator alerts are set up to inform you should a call connect but not be recorded for some reason.  Recorded files can be created in the format specified. The recorded files can be FTP transferred and deleted from the hosted system after file creation, or held on the hosted system.

ONSITE SYSTEMS

The software can be deployed on your own premises simply and quickly, using existing voice recording and a BlackBerry Enterprise Server. The system can be integrated with most call recording equipment or can be supplied by SpiriTel.

 

A recording solution for integrated fixed and mobile calls is also available, having call management capabilities and drilldown call extension details. This facility complements existing recording facilities with additional recording channel capacity that can be used for both fixed and mobile calls.

Therefore, if your requirement is for all recordings to be made and stored within the corporate network, the solution can be installed onsite, using your existing PBX, telecom trunks, IP telephony networks and call recording equipment.

COMPLIANCE/REGULATORY

FSA regulations require that businesses record all ‘relevant’ telephone conversations. Consequently, financial businesses need to take immediate action to review whether they will be compliant technically and which of their staff are eligible for compliance.

By recording relevant company mobile devices, you can show that all reasonable efforts have been made to keep accurate records. This will strengthen internal controls and build confidence with regulators, customers and suppliers.
