The voice recorder is a single software solution for capturing audio and all associated CTI data, into an embedded ‘frame-based’ recording engine. It can handle an unlimited volume of calls and data, and embeds additional data into the recording process automatically. This means that there is no admin or maintenance required. The application can record calls from multiple input types (e.g. TDM, IP, data, etc) and capture all recordings from system providers such as Cisco, Nortel, and BT, with all data logged against each specific call. There is no need to carry out any additional backup processes, for databases or for servers, as all of the data is embedded within the recording and archives. |

Features
RESILIENTThe system is fully ‘backed up’ by utilising archiving (either removable media or online Network based storage), which means that if any component fails, the system will be able to recover all data up to the point of failure. PLAYBACK CAPABILITIESThe system will allow an authorised user to select any individual or channel extension for live monitoring. The user will have access to a visual display indicating call status and can select which individual/channel to monitor remotely. |
ADMINISTRATIONThe system is configured, controlled and accessed via the web interface by any authorised user. Administrators can carry out all aspects of the recorder configuration from a single web based interface. RECORDING AUTHENTICATIONThe system supports call authentication as standard. This ‘watermarks’ the data that makes up a call so that, if tampered, the call will fail to authenticate and the system will notify the user. |
